Terms and Conditions
We are BALD& B.V., also known as “BALD&”.
Team BALD& aims to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. That’s why we have outlined a few terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to your order.
Please note: these Terms apply to consumers.
1. Who is BALD&?
BALD& is a private limited liability company established in the Netherlands. You can order our No Hair. Natural Skincare products via our webshop. The full contact details of BALD& are as follows:

2. Offer and Agreement
- When you purchase a Bald& skincare product through the webshop, you enter into an agreement with BALD&. These Terms apply to all your online orders and purchases.
- We ensure that these Terms are easily accessible when you place your order and at any time thereafter. You can read, reread, or download the most recent version of the Terms via our website.
- To avoid incorrect delivery after your order, please provide us with accurate and up-to-date information and contact details. We store your data securely and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
- An agreement arising from an offer that contains an obvious error (e.g. an unusually low price) is not binding for BALD&. Please contact us if you are unsure about the validity of an offer.
3. Price and Payment
- The prices shown in the webshop include VAT. Any applicable shipping costs are listed separately.
- You can pay for your order using the payment methods available in the BALD& webshop.
- If the delivery address is outside the EU, additional taxes may apply, such as import duties. BALD& has no influence over or control of such charges and cannot provide further information on them. Any import duties and taxes are solely your responsibility and may be payable upon delivery. Check in advance whether the Bald& skincare products can be exported/imported to the destination country and what the costs may be before placing such an order.
4. Delivery
- BALD& aims to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. We ensure that your order is accurately handed off to our shipping partner. If you receive incomplete or damaged products, notify us as soon as possible—no later than 48 hours after receipt—and Team BALD& will take care of it.
- Orders are shipped to the address you provide. For shipping costs to your country, please refer to the FAQ section on our website.
- If an incorrect address is provided, the costs for the lost shipment will be at your own expense.
5. Quality, Legal Guarantee & Complaints
- BALD& aims to present its products as completely and accurately as possible on the website. Due to the nature of the products, differences (e.g. color variations) may occur between the online image and the actual product. Not what you expected? You have a 90-day return window, which includes a 14-day legal withdrawal period.
- Our products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening, and generally 36 months if unopened. Shelf life depends on storage conditions. Store skincare products in a dark, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. BALD& uses high-quality ingredients as listed in the webshop. For the best experience and product quality, follow the usage instructions on the packaging. If something seems wrong with your product, let us know by email or post.
- If we’ve discussed your complaint and you wish to escalate it, you may contact the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
6. Right of Withdrawal
- By law, you have the right to withdraw from your agreement with BALD& within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, notify us clearly via email or by sending us the completed withdrawal form (see Annex 1). Partial withdrawal is also possible. As long as your withdrawal notification is sent before the 14-day period expires, it is valid.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
- After withdrawal, return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 90 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned. BALD& reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a reduction in refund value if the product is incomplete, damaged, or clearly used. Only BALD& may determine this reduction.
- BALD& will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s), via bank transfer.
7. Return Policy
- You can shop with confidence thanks to our 90-day return policy. Use our return form to notify us. Partial returns are also accepted.
- Return the unopened product as soon as possible, but no later than 90 days after receiving your order, in the original shipping box.
- Simply email us at hello@baldand.com stating the reason for return.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned, in line with health protection and hygiene regulations. BALD& reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a refund reduction for damaged or used items. Only BALD& may determine this value.
- The return policy excludes products also exempt from withdrawal, such as sealed items that are unsuitable for return after opening.
- BALD& will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), via bank transfer.
- Return costs within the Netherlands are covered by BALD& only if the product is being exchanged.
8. Intellectual Property
BALD& owns all intellectual property rights related to the brand, design, and website, including all promotional materials such as videos and photography.
9. Changes
Changes to these Terms will be published on the website. We advise you to read these Terms carefully each time you place an order. These Terms were last updated on June 16, 2025.
10. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to these Terms and to the agreement between you and BALD&. In case of a dispute, the District Court of Amsterdam has jurisdiction—without prejudice to your consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
